Along with the Hindustan Zinc Limited (HZL) Board of Directors and the senior management team, I am committed to hold the highest standards of operating safely and ethical conduct and we want to hear directly from you when you notice something which is not in line with our operating standards.

We will never compromise on the safety of our employees or business partners, the livelihood of our communities or the reputation of our company and you can help by reporting any violations timely.

With this in mind, we have launched a whistle blower platform. This platform allows for completely anonymous reporting and gives power to you to reach out to directly to HZL exco members with your issues, concern, risk or unethical behaviour. You will never be asked to disclose your identity and all feedback received will be taken seriously by HZL management. The tool also allows you to take photographs and directly send with your feedback and I encourage you to use this feature which will allow us to investigate efficiently.

Together we will make HZL a better place to work and while we have taken this pledge, it can not be achieved without your active support and I am counting on it.
